Zapling Bygone is a unique and twisted metroidvania game where you play as an alien hive-mind. Your mission is to defeat bosses, steal their abilities, and wear their skulls to gain new powers. Each boss you conquer provides you with a new ability, allowing you to explore the world in innovative ways and defeat your enemies more effectively. For instance, by defeating the Ratking, you gain the ability to climb walls, while defeating an ancient manufacturing robot allows you to swing around the world using its claw-head.
